  • "2013 Ford Focus Titanium:Immediately began with poor shifting. Was told it learns the drivers habits - but then after the third visit to the dealership they did a rewrite of software. Problem not solved. New transmission installed after 10 months of trying to convince dealership and Ford Customer Service that it was bad. Now the transmission is working fine (20,000 miles), but the fuel economy dropped to 31 miles per gallon, which is not what we thought we'd get when we bought this gremlin-plagued, horse-and-buggy-era-designed tire-pusher. Wish we'd never heard of it."
