"Unfortunately the larger engine was not available with a manual transmission until 2015. I despise automatics and am 65 yrs old. Plan to drive stick until the end. Wish fog lights had been available on the 3 itouring model. The car is a blast to drive and brakes and suspension are very good. I wish the tach were larger and analog. I don't need a gauge telling me when to shift. Styling is very good and the trunk space is good although the trunk opening is on the small side. I would have no hesitation in recommending this car to friends or family."

"I don't like the location of the radio, it looks like an afterthought and was stuck on top of the dash.I don't like the bottle holders in the door, the door storage space in the model 2012 was much better.I do like the blind spot monitoring feature, very nice addition."

  • "Love the look of it. The car rides very nice, good pick-up and gas mileage. I like the sensors for changing lanes and the GPS but wish the car had options for 360 camera (similar to the entry level Nissan Versa Note). The items that are a con: road noise is very high, makes me wish I test drove it a few more times as I may not have gone this route; the noise of the vehicle when it first starts and idles is very very high; the stereo has very poor reception, for example, 99.3, 96.5 and 95.7 are fairly local and I get static every day even on I91 in Springfield area (which is a wide open stretch of highway); also with the radio when listening, the volume control seems to be off, never consistent; the interior lighting that was added (in the foot area) only comes on when I have the outside lights on, I can't have it on otherwise. Thanks for the opportunity to submit the comments."

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
