I brought my Honda Civic Hybrid in for a check because service lights came up on the dash while I was driving at high speed. Although it was Saturday, the service people made sure my problem was diagnosed promptly and I was told of the cost of replacing the large battery pack. Based on the cost of the repair and the age of the car my spouse and I chose to discuss replacing my Civic with a new Civic the following week.

I have been pleased not just with this service experience, but with the service of Bel Air Honda on all 3 of our Honda vehicles.

We subsequently purchased a new Civic Hybrid with the help of Max Shumilo. It's great, and I anticipate a long and happy driving experience ahead.

I had a horrible experience trying to buy from belair honda so I wasn't too sure about using their service department but it was much closer to my house than where I purchased my vehicle. The staff was super friendly and they had me in and out in less then one hour. I was very impressed with the service department and will be going back again. It's a shame the sales staff isn't as friendly and helpful as the service staff.

The experience was satisfactory; however, I didn't like the way the manager presented the same pricing offer, but in two different ways/formats with the intent of making me think he was giving me a better deal than the initial offer. I can do the math. It was insulting and quite frankly I'm embarassed for him and his level of ignorance. JR on the otherhand was nice and took care of helping us set up the computer system (bluetooth, etc) and explained the features of the vehicle very nicely. It is important for them to know that building rapport and trust is essential to create repeat customers. As far as being a repeat customer...I'm on the fence.

It was 11:40am on a Friday I went to get my oil changed. They greeted me in a timely matter and were pleasant and professional. I did feel the wait for express service was a bit long. That is my only complaint. I will be back.
